Problems Solutions Innovations is a company dedicated to the training use of Controlled Remote Viewing and its derivatives. The owner and Executive Director of the company is Leonard ("Lyn") Buchanan, who was a remote viewer and trainer in the U.S. military's remote viewing unit for 8 1/2 years before his retirement from active duty in the uniformed services in 1992. The military unit used a methodology known as "Controlled Remote Viewing", which was created by Ingo Swann, researched and further developed at Stanford Research Institute International, and put into operational military use for a little over a quarter century by the U.S. government.
After retirement, he worked for the Defense Intelligence Agency as coordinator and quality control for the world's largest wide area network.
In 1995, the status of the military's remote viewing unit became declassified and demands poured in for training and services from the civilian sector. He formed Problems>Solutions>Innovations (P>S>I) and also formed as a part of that company, the Assigned Witness Program, where trained Controlled Remote Viewers could be used to provide usable information for police departments as a source of adjunct information for their investigations.
In 1997, P>S>I moved to Alamogordo, New Mexico, where it is presently located. Training and services continue to this day.
